Processing Time
Order processing is 2-5 business days after placement. This does not include weekends or holidays. Please note that processing times may be longer during new collection launches or promotional periods.
Shipping Times and Costs
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days after processing.

International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days after processing. Please note: International customers are responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are collected by your local customs authority upon arrival.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped. You can use this link to check the status of your delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
ELVA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office or the shipping carrier first.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

You must provide proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions and the return address for our returns processing center.
Please do not ship your return to the address on your original package, as this is one of our shipping points and not equipped for returns.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items we do not receive.
Refunds
Once our returns center receives and inspects your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item for this reason, please contact us with details and photos of the product.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
